Human's are also PURPOSE Maximizers and not only PROFIT maximizer.
If we start treating people like people and not assuming they are
simply horses and if we get pass this kind of ideology of carrot and stick
and look at the science, we can actually build organizations and work life's
that can make us better off. Also will make world little bit better.
